Sound Bath at the Methow Valley Wellness Center tonight

7-8 pm
@105 Norfolk Rd in Winthrop
Enjoy the restoration and relaxation of sound: drum, flute, crystal singing bowls, voice and harmonium.
Bring a pillow, blanket and eyemask (optional of course!) Yoga mats available. Bring your own if you'd like.
Suggested donation $20.
