Very nice window unit. We used this for 3 months and went to heat pump. Works fine for 960 Sq. Ft. open concept room. It is 10,000 BTU complete with heavy duty outside window support bracket and sheet of plexiglass if needed. Also it is remote control. Have $500.00 into this asking "$250.00".
