I noticed that meditation is in the mainstream news recently!
We have three ongoing weekly meditation groups, free and open to everybody.
Drop in anytime, join us for 30 minutes of mostly silent meditation, followed by a talk based on Eastern and Western psychology, with a steady emphasis on cultivating compassionate awareness.
These groups are a continuation of mindfulness-based stress reduction and meditation classes I have been offering in the Valley since 2011.
