ISO sheetrock/drywall installer

I am looking for an experienced sheet rock/drywall installer to help finish the interior walls and ceiling of a ~28' x 28' workshop, including mud and tape.
Ceiling slants from 10' low to 13' at high point. Walls are previously installed wood boards from floor to 6', so sheet rock/drywall to 10'.
I have the necessary x45 sheet rock/drywall panels (4' x 8' x 1/2") and screws. I do not have mud and tape. Or a ceiling lift. Or the labor.
Interested? Recommendations?
