• Joe Simonsen tells the commissioners about two new homeless camps with multiple junk cars. He’s concerned about leaking fluids contaminating the aquafer. He and the commissioners discuss possible remedies.
• Pete Palmer, Planning Director, also discusses homeless camps and unpermitted junk yards with the commissioners.
• Nick Bates, Fairgrounds Manager, says the design for the new irrigation system at the fairgrounds is almost complete.
• Mike Beaver and Kathleen Descoteaux of Juvenile Services update the commissioners on the Reentry Initiative.
• Meeting adjourned for lunch at 11:44.
