Seasonal Groundskeeper & Events Assistant

Casia Lodge & Ranch is seeking a motivated, entry-level Seasonal Groundskeeper & Events Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within our maintenance and operations team. We are looking for someone who is both team-oriented and guest-focused, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
This is a part-time, seasonal position with weekend availability required. Compensation ranges from $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and General Manager and offers potential for growth and advancement within the organization. A valid driver’s license is required.

Groundskeeping Duties:
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of outdoor spaces
Operate equipment such as a riding lawn mower to maintain lawns
Clean walkways and guest areas, ensuring they are free of debris
Trim foliage and care for landscaping elements
Support general maintenance of lodge facilities
Take pride in your work and collaborate with the team to enhance the guest experience
Event Support Duties:
Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, and tents
Support event breakdown, including cleanup and trash removal
Work closely with the team to ensure events are executed smoothly and professionally
