Methownet BB

Black and white pit mix, very athletic looking, pointy ears was just seen wandering past our house into the Citizens Council side yard, then crossing the highway to the Twisp Works area. No idea which direction it came from, but best guess would be Twisp Carlton Rd or the hill above town (May St, etc). I tried to get it to come to me but it just stared for a minute and then continued wandering. Chose not to chase after it so as not to chase it into the highway, but then it crossed of its own accord a minute later. Some sort of black strap wrapped around it like part of a harness system maybe?
