Illustration & Storytelling | Sewing | Dyeing & Printing Textiles | Animal Drawing | Poetry & Creative Writing
Time inside creating will be balanced by outdoor inspiration and local field trips.
📚 Storymakers Studio
June 22–26 | $250 | Ages 8–12
Turn ideas into images & images into stories!
Learn how illustrators turn ideas into characters, settings, and stories. Explore drawing, design, sequential art, and create your own illustrated story or book cover.
🪡 Sewing & Dyeing
July 7–10 | $250 | Ages 8–12
Sew, dye, stitch, and tell stories through cloth!
Try natural dyes, dye-resist techniques, basic sewing & embroidery, and turn upcycled materials into beautiful works of art.
✍️ Methow Musings: Writing Camp
July 13–16 | $125 | Rising 3rd–6th Grades
Play with words, poems & the world around you!
Explore pantoums, odes, haikus, and free verse poems inspired by local field trips.
📓 My View: A Nature Journal
July 20–23 | $250 | Ages 8–12
Observe, reflect, & create your own handmade journal!
Campers bind their own books filled with poems, sketches, paintings & reflections, guided by nature walks & collaborative activities.
🐾 Wild Lines: Animal Drawing Intensive
August 3–6 | $250 | Ages 8–12
Draw the wild — movement, texture, & personality!
Celebrate local wildlife through observation, drawing, and sculpture. Capture the essence of the animals that share our valley.
♻️ Methow Recycles Collaboration
August 10–13 | $250 | Ages 9–14
Create art from what’s left behind!
Collaborate, build, and reimagine materials through creative reuse. More details coming soon!
