Hi - wanted to put my 2 cents in when it comes to cell carriers - Verizon & att - u have to talk to AI before talking with an agent - with T-Mobile you don't if you dial 611 so much nicer - the service may not be the best like att or Verizon but the customer service is so much better with T-Mobile they go out of there way to make your call with them as pleasant as can be.
