Tyler and Sean are opening Lucky Grouse—the new pizza restaurant at the Rolling Huts.
Our mission is to create a welcoming and engaging community gathering place through genuine hospitality, thoughtfully curated beverages, and exceptional craft pizza—rooted in quality regional ingredients.
We're looking for people who care about the Methow Valley, enjoy good food and drink, and genuinely like taking care of people.
We operate through clear communication, direct expectations, fair treatment, and helping our team build real skills—whether you're new to restaurants or have years of experience.
We're currently hiring for both BOH & FOH positions.
