Where do I get one of the smaller - hand held - fire extinguishers recharged?

Depending on the size, Often times its cheaper to replace from HD instead or recharging.

There is a place called PSE, They recharge extinguishers. 208-941-4014

Google says that Oxarc in Omak recharges. I don't see a phone for them. Curious if it costs less than replacing the unit.
