Sisu Sauna is ready for ya!

Our sauna is a repurposed horse trailer that we’ve transformed into a cozy experience- equal parts rustic, intentional and deeply relaxing. We’re located at The Farmhouse in Winthrop.

What to expect:
• Electric Sauna
• Three cast iron cold plunge tubs
• One-hour sessions
• Open 9am–9pm
• Sauna + cold plunge access included

Capacity:
• Private group sessions: up to 4 people
• Public sessions: up to 3 people

Whether you’re coming in for post-adventure recovery, a cozy hang with friends, or a nervous-system reset, we’d love to host you!!
