I never used them at all. They are much like stationary bicycles that were the original clothes hangers! I picked them up doing property clean-ups 3 years ago. I have used treadmills at Winthrop fitness center, and it is a good workout especially for winter.

I don't know how much use they had, but I am quite sure they are barely used. People get them with the best of intentions, like fad diets and exercise programs in general, and they don't sustain the routine. I don't have any space, and I have plenty of clothes hangers!
