As we head into the holiday season, we wanted to share our updated gym hours and class schedule so you can plan your workouts accordingly.

December 24 (Christmas Eve): 6:00am–1:00pm
December 25 (Christmas Day): Closed
December 26: 9:00am–2:00pm
December 31 (New Year’s Eve): 6:00am–5:00pm
January 1 (New Year’s Day): 6:00am–7:00pm

🎅 Christmas Eve Class Schedule (December 24)
Strength Series: 6:45am–7:45am
Zumba: 9:30am–10:30am
Yoga (Advanced Level 1): 12:00pm–1:00pm
Spin Circuit: 12:00pm–1:00pm
Strength Series: 12:30pm–1:30pm
