Signal & Form on KTRT tonight (5-7) — Weird music that actually makes sense

Hey folks,
I’m hosting my weekly music show Signal & Form tonight (Tuesday) at 7pm on KTRT 97.5 — and if you’ve ever wondered what happens when a lover of eclectic music gets way too deep into rhythm, acoustics, and the physics of sound… well, here we are.
Tonight’s theme is pulse: why a beat can hijack your brain, how composers mess with it, and what happens when someone holds the rhythm steady and mutates everything else. It’s a fun one — some gorgeous Bach, some chaotic modern stuff, a little jazz, a little noise, a few surprises. Should be a good ride.
If you’re cooking dinner, driving home, or just want something interesting in the background, tune in. If nothing else, you’ll walk away thinking, “Huh. Didn’t expect that on the radio today.”
