Learn the fundamentals of lifting in this two-week Barbell Introduction course! You’ll focus on proper form and technique for the squat, deadlift, push press, bench press, power clean, and kipping — building a strong foundation for future training.
This class is a great way to prepare for and gain confidence before joining the Strength Series or Barbell Circuit classes.
Starts December 1st
Mondays at 5:30pm & Saturdays at 8:00am
(4 total classes – attendance at all sessions is required)
