Job Title: Client Care Coordinator
Location: Winthrop Veterinary Clinic
Position Type: Part Time

We are a busy, fast-paced veterinary clinic where every day presents new challenges, and we are looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for our clients and their pets.
Job Summary:
The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients by providing excellent customer service, coordinating appointments, and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has a passion for animals and their people.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Coordinate client appointments, manage scheduling conflicts, and ensure proper allocation of time for patient exams and procedures.
Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and text with a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach.
Emergency Triage: Assist in triaging emergency situations by gathering pertinent information and notifying the appropriate veterinary team members.
Data Entry & Record Management: Accurately input and update client and patient information in our electronic medical records system.
Multitasking: Prioritize tasks in a busy environment while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail.
Client Service: Provide kind, empathetic care to clients, helping them feel supported and informed throughout their pets' visits.
Patient Care: All staff are cross trained to assist in patient care, handling and restraint as needed, ensuring the clinic runs smoothly day to day.
Qualifications:
Skills: Strong computer and data entry skills; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred; veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication skills, a caring and compassionate attitude, the ability to remain calm and organized under pressure, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while managing multiple tasks at once.
Requirements:
High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Experience in customer service or office management is beneficial.
Passion for animals and their well-being.
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed. Clinic hours are 8:30-5pm, Monday-Friday.
