Next week we've got a lot going on at the Twisp Library: Come join in the fun!
Knitting Group
Tuesday, November 4, 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
Bring your current project or start something new at our informal knitting/crochet circle, held the first Tuesday of each month. Show off your latest project or get help from a group who appreciates knitting. All skill levels are welcome, (beginners included).
Reading Dragons: Make a Deck Box
Wednesday, November 5, 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Kids, join us at the Twisp Library to make a deck box for your Reading Dragons trading cards! Color and assemble a box to protect your deck. Bring your cards and play games with friends.
Reading Dragons is an incentive program designed to ignite imaginations and build literacy skills, where daily reading earns you special magical creature trading cards. It's free and open to kids aged 5 and up. Once you receive your reading tracker, you will set a daily reading goal and mark your tracker for each day that you hit your goal. With their card collections, kids can play games and participate in library events.
Preschool Storytime
Friday, November 7, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join us for stories, songs, rhymes, and fun! This program is designed for preschool-aged children and their adult caregivers. Our Preschool Storytime offers children the opportunity for language and literacy development as well as social-emotional growth.
There will be no Preschool Storytime on November 14, 21, and 28: Don't miss out on Storytime November 7th!
