Tower on MClure

What is that big tower on MClure mountain?
It's communication. Cell, Some radio, emergency services and over the air local TV stations from Spokane.For these you need an outside antenna.
Along with property taxes there is a small tax for upkeep and repair. I believe it is required of property owners. ( WA. State RCW 36.95.100)
