I know what you are thinking but...a philatelist is a stamp collector, (from Greek phil- "loving" + atelēs "free from tax or charge" If your letter has a stamp the recipient won't have to pay).
Twisp Library Friends has a come into the possession of a stamp album with many beautiful interesting stamps. We would appreciate some more or less expert advice, evaluation and let us know if you are a philatelist interested in seeing it!
