Heads up- Libraries open at 12:00 noon tomorrow

Just a quick heads up that due to a training session required for all staff, the Twisp and Winthrop libraries (along with all other NCW Libraries branches) will open at 12:00 pm tomorrow, Wednesday, October 8.
