Fresh SUSHI in Twisp! This week, Methow Fresh is doing a two day popup at our new location in Twisp, at 3 Twisp Airport Rd. (The former coffee roaster location).

We're offering some of our chef-made sushi rolls to-go for a couple days this week, $15/roll. We also have our Pasta Bolognese take-and-bake entree available. You can preorder now from our online order system, and choose pickup for either Wednesday, October 1st, or Thursday the 2nd, in the afternoon/evening. Orders should be in by noon for same day pickup.

Our sushi are half pound rolls, sliced into 8 pieces, made with Koshihikari Japanese rice. Roll choices for this week are Ahi Tuna or Spicy Tuna (Yellowtail). They come with 2 sauces, GF unagi sauce and sriracha aoli, and our own no preservatives and artificial color-free pickled ginger.

I’m no sushi expert, but the tuna sushi roll i got tonight was delicious. I’m curious what other more knowledgeable folks have to say.

I expected that pickup would be quicker than it was - having preordered, but the ‘plating’ when it was picked up takes a while.

Sorry about the bit extra time required for pickup. There were a couple points where a number of pickups all came at once and the kitchen got a little backed up. We were slicing the roll and saucing it upon customer arrival, but it seems like we can probably pre-slice them at least a bit ahead.

Time for round 2!
We're not yet ready with the expanded menu. But we'll be bringing Sushi back again for Wednesday and Thursday this week.
