Do yourself a favor and borrow money if you have to and get yourself to Whites for a custom fit. A fellow firefighter lent me money (back when they were half of what they cost now) and it turned me into a superhero. The smokejumper boot is it, dance on fire, I think they're north of 700 these days. I was a 7.5AAA and always had blisters from shelf boots. You won't regret it.

I have a few pairs of boots that meet the requirements for FF boots. Best match might be these Redwings black leather 8" height like new condition.
