Trying to relocate a vehicle from Winthrop to Hood River. This could work a few ways:
1) People driving from the Methow to/through Hood River/Portland could pick up this vehicle in Winthrop and drop this vehicle in HR.
2) People coming to the Methow from Hood River/Portland area could pick up this vehicle in Winthrop and drop if off on their way back.
