We returned home yesterday after a couple of weeks away to find no water at our house. We were put in touch with Rudolfo at Twisp Well Pump who came last evening -- miracle! He diagnosed and fixed the problem (replaced the controller) quickly. His work number is 509 429 6548.

Rodolfo replaced our submersible pump. He returned phone calls, came when he said he would, did a good job, and charged fairly,

Thank you for suggesting Rudolpho. He did come out, but misdiagnosed the problem suggesting we needed a new pump and said the job was too big for him. O’Connel Drilling & Supply from Brewster came out and had the water back on in 15 minutes stating it was the controller. Great thing, we have water again.

Rudolpho came out on a Saturday. Kudos for him. He didn't have the necessary replacement fancy electronic controller it turned out we needed, but I can't fault him for that. He does know his stuff.
