Anyone hike up there recently? Just wondering about trail conditions, water access, bugs.

I was up there a few weeks back. There is a landslide at about mile 2 with quite a few blowdowns for about a quarter mile, but passable, just a pain. It's been there for about 2 years now.

No bugs to speak of, and you cross the creek several times between the parking lot and Fish Creek, so plenty of water.

Usually a bear or two along the way if you're lucky. But, like most bears up there they are gone in a flash when they see you.
