Curious if anyone knows of any barns in the area that do western riding lessons such as barrel racing. Willing to go as far as omak/okanogan or down towards Brewster. Hoping to maybe take some lessons over the winter but don’t know of anywhere near the methow with a covered arena.

You NEED an indoor arena?

I guess not, was just hoping to take lessons through the winter. Kind of hard to do if there’s snow on the ground.

I think Bear Creek Equestrian (off East County Rd nearer Winthrop than Twisp) has an arena but I don't know if it's covered, and I don't know if they do lessons, but might be worth investigating.
