I’ve been at a seasonal rental in Winthrop for the past year, and it looks like my time might be up here soon.
I work in town so I’d prefer something close (if possible). As we all well know, rentals are few and far between around here, so obviously I’m flexible.
I’m single, I am a quiet tenant, and have no pets. Also, I can provide references if needed.
