Long story but Wayfair shipped me the wrong item and I only figured it out after a lot of back and forth with the manufacture trying to get a warranty part. Wayfair is sending me a new and doesn't want this one back.

Still unclear if the issue is the control panel, or pump, but if you are up for tinkering with it and can pick it up it's yours. Was only in use for a couple months but sat over the winter so will need cleaned before you fire it up.
