My neighbor on Englar Street in Winthrop started a build and has several large piles of dirt and rocks -- can't miss it. I imagine he'll haul it away himself at some point. He's usually out there working sunrise to sunset every day during the week, so you could probably pop by and ask. Unfortunately I don't know his name or number, and he's not currently working or I'd ask for you and/or give him your number. Maybe somewhere here knows him and can let him know.
