I just spent the winter in Argentina and brought back some beautiful Gaucho knives that I’d love to put a better edge on if someone has a knife sharpening system like a Tormec or purpose built belt sander, I’d love to use it for a bit to put a better edge on the knives. Happy to pay something for the privilege of a bit of use on a machine
