jewlery maker- or a ring with out stone?

I have a piece of sea glass I would love to have made into a nice wearable ring, looking for a local craftsman jewler who can do this, or if anyone has a ring without a stone I can do it myself. I am a size 6.5-7. A different idea is if it is easier, I can have earings made. Let's visit.
