Does anyone locally offer help, or be willing to, with a starting problem? I think it will not be difficult. It's a B3200. Happy to pay.

If finding a local fails, I had great success with both Valley Rentals in Wenatchee and Pepe machinery in Omak. For $200-something roundtrip, shared if they have multiple machines to pick up in the Valley, they will take your tractor to their shop and get it fixed.
