Two dogs running loose up Balky Hill Rd

Two unattended dogs running up Balky Hill Rd from East County Rd around 4pm today. One black & white and one brown, both with collars and e-collars. Hope their people find them, lots of reasons it’s not ideal having dogs running loose. I last saw them running past the Bonner Lake Rd heading up Balky Hill Rd.
