Congressional townhalls?

Is anyone aware of town hall (in-person or virtual) meetings with Senators Murray/Cantwell and Rep.Newhouse that have been scheduled? Is there a single info site that has updates on town hall schedules for all or each of them? Hard to find on their individual websites. Thanks.

It’s probably best to call their offices to check on town hall availability. These days, Newhouse is easier to get ahold of. ( He’s got only about 10% the number of the constituents that the senators have.)

For Murray and Cantwell, they have multiple offices around the state, and you can probably find one where a real person picks up the phone.

I have been calling Rep Newhouse's DC office of late, and each time ask ask a local townhall. I have given them my phone number and email, so that when one is scheduled (not holding my breath), they will let me know.

After the 2016 election there was a similar interest in getting Newhouse here for a town hall. Several people tried in vain to get him to respond, so we had our own town hall without him. We had a life-size cutout of him propped in a chair. As I recall, about 200 people showed up.

How about next time I call Dan’s office, I find out when their next recess is, and ask to schedule one then. I assume he would not come, but I really enjoy the idea of a cardboard cutout!
