Wood work/Furniture repaire

Hello, I have a wooden rocker from my late father. It needs dowel replacements in possibly all joints, would need a complete assessment because there are only several joints so far but would like to have it restored so to speak. I am looking for any suggestions of people that do this kind of restorative work, I have seen Rick Swanson's name on the bulletin, any info will help that is reputable.
