Any advice for a snowblower newb?

After six winters of shoveling 200+ feet of driveway, my back hurts, and I am starting to research snowblowers. My driveway is steep, unpaved, and uneven, with some gravel scattered here and there. I'm reaching out to all you snowblower gurus to see what tips you might have for me to guide my shopping. For starters, I know I need a two-stage snowblower that will allow me to adjust the auger height. Curious what folks' experience has been like with track drive vs. wheels in my kind of situation. I'm leaning toward track drive, but understand there are some drawbacks, like reduced maneuverability, which might be an issue for me as a smallish person. Anyone have makes/models they swear by? Bonus points if you say why! Thanks a bunch.

Ariens not honda, hard to say because honda makes great equipment, but they dont have the patend on the power steering like ariens does. There a climbing beast and easy to turn around the problem with honda is there designed to turn by strenght:) the ariens has a clutch assembly that powers one side and relieving the other powering it around. A less expensive option is a tire driven ariens and a set of good chains, about $50 to $70 dollars a wheeled snow blower is considerably less money. The 24" vs upto 36" is the bigger the width the harder to turn. Certainly any choice size will save time and back pain. Cheers.

Tracks not tires!
My Honda is amazing.
We also have a Husqvarna and it pales in comparison in all respects. (Not just that it has tires...)

look at warranty legth. Keep your receipt, register when you buy. We just had a less then 3 year Ego snow blower get replaced for free because it failed, they have a 5 year warranty, But we had to have our original receipt.

I cannot recommend the tracked Honda enough. There's a little sticker shock compared to the other offerings, but it has been well worth the money. I took my cue from a friend who had a tracked Ariens and then switched to a Honda. He didn't want to spend the extra money at first, but after doing so is much happier.

I will be most curious what you end up deciding to do. Rent vs buy, track vs wheels, etc. I am a newbie myself, and considering making an end of the season purchase. Thanks!

Thanks to everyone who weighed in -- this has been really helpful! My awesome neighbors are lending me their wheeled Ariens 24" machine to try for starters. I may still end up wanting to go track drive (and Honda) but from my maiden run with the Ariens today I'm impressed with how well it's handling the grade (no chains) and eating into deep heavy snow -- the whole season's snowpack in some areas.
