Pool Survey

Post by Friends of the Pool » Fri Nov 29, 2024 7:55 pm

If you couldn't make our community listening sessions about a future pool, please fill out this online survey and let us know what you think! Want to share something you couldn’t say at the listening session? Didn’t like 2023’s Prop 1? Want to help?

Administered by JLP Solutions, LLC (located in Wenatchee) and anonymous to Friends of the Pool (if you want it to be). Open through November 30. Tell a friend!

Thanks so much.

I went off topic too. Hope to see a new pool soon. Kids need a local place to learn how to swim.

See a lot of progress there and nice seeing smoke comming out of the chimney.
Admire that firewood every time I go by.

Glad for your good grit.

Please share your thoughts in this survey. The listening sessions were great and well attended. I know FOP wants as much input as possible!

Hi! YES - the survey IS still open! It WILL close THURSDAY, December 12 at midnight.

You can find the link on the FOPTWISP . org homepage. Administered by Jenny Pratt of JLP Solutions, in Wenatchee, who is helping with a new strategic plan for the FOP; anonymous to FOP (but not the administrator).

Please do complete it, if you haven't already. It takes a just few minutes, and is invaluable for informing the direction for a future publicly-available pool in the Methow Valley. Giving feedback on the survey is the most helpful spot for now (on social media or BB comments, not so much).

The two listening sessions last month had about 60 people attend, and were very constructive - thank you to all who spent some time talking about keeping the valley swimming! But it was only 60 out of thousands of residents, and everyone there really wanted a pool. Couldn't make it? Didn't want to your time that way? Maybe you aren't so enthusiastic? We'd like to hear from you too. FOP hears ya - Prop 1 wasn't the right approach with the taxes, too many unknowns, the design needs to be "Methow style," etc. So, let's figure out a way forward.

Thanks!

Thank you, Suzanne, for your group’s efforts in getting to a ‘fix’ - whatever that may end up looking like!
