The Captains Cod truck disappeared a month or two ago. Now there is a very similar looking truck with a different name. They say their fish coating is different but the clam chowder is the same.
Cap Cod used to come on Saturdays, every month or two. No idea of the schedule for the new truck. They are in the Hanks parking lot right now, a Friday.

Here is an update after trying the new truck yesterday.
The fish is not nearly as good. The pieces weigh less, are soft instead of firm, and pretty tasteless. The dipped coating isn't as crispy as the old bread crumbs coating. The serving of fries is about half as large. The two dips seem more bland and industrial.
The cole slaw is weird. It's just a small amount of chopped cabbage with a very small container of a gunky, sweet and sour sauce.
So far, at least, the clam chowder is still very good.
Some history:
Captain's Cod was a small, two fishing boat operation. They showed videos of the fishers in Alaska, on a video right at the truck. More like a big family company. The new company is an apparently large, multistate company. They bought out Captain's Cod's two (?) trucks and repainted them.
I really liked the Captain's Cod fish & chips, though once a month or two was enough fried food for me. I wouldn't go back to this truck.

Agreed.
The coleslaw is not good - just dry shredded cabbage - not at all typical coleslaw. The fish is disappointing. Not going back.

We had the exact same experience, unfortunately.
