This 17 ft. Arctic Tern kayak was built by me, David, in 2020, originally purchased in 2001 by my friend. There are two hatches and bulkheads. I upgraded all the hardware to stainless steel. Since the kit had been around for awhile I purchased all new System Three epoxy and spar varnish for the build. The seat is the original, with the Therma-rest pad to sit on. Fine woodworking is my hobby and I’ve built many pieces of furniture so you can be assured this is crafted to the highest standards.
I have used the kayak only once and it has since been stored in a carport fully out of the weather. It is in new condition. No paddles or other accessories included. Located in Mazama.
