Lock help?

I have a locked cabinet for which I have lost the key here at the Methow Valley Community Center. This is a cheap simple locker lock. I have watched the YouTube tutorials but have not been able to get this darn thing open. Nothing valuable inside - just a bunch of brochures and maps and such.

Anyone here have the skills and tools that will help me get this open? I think this is a 3 minute job for the right artist. I really hope to avoid drilling it out.

I am stationed at the big desk in the Community Center lobby every Thursday 12 - 5, Friday 11 - 5 and Saturday 9 - 2. If you can give me a hand I would be very happy.

I found a single lock key between glover and lincoln on twisp. right beside the antlers. Its pinned on the PO bulletin board.
