Join Sofia for this special event to honor the summer solstice through ritual! Come as you are to sync with the rhythms of nature and celebrate the longest day of the year together. We will move through an outdoor yoga practice as we embrace the sun and bask in the year’s peak light with mindfulness. Stay for lavender lemonade, music, watercolor, and socializing in the Motive backyard as we linger for sunset.

Open to all levels! You will learn ways to be mindful in the midst of the intensity of summer, embracing the element of the sun, while simultaneously finding cooling practices to keep you grounded and balanced during a busy season. We hope to see you there!
