Join representatives from the Washington Center for Employee ownership for an evening of learning, conversation, and community. With a number of local businesses for sale, and many more business owners approaching retirement, this workshop offers examples and resources for how to transition a business into employee ownership. Instructors will present different models of employee ownership, the benefits that these models offer to workers and the community, and why employee ownership may be a good fit for some businesses in the Methow Valley.
