This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday — from assisting guests with boat rentals to maintaining resort grounds, supporting facility upkeep, and helping operate essential water systems. Every day offers something different in one of the most scenic environments in the region.
Position Summary
The Maintenance & Guest Services Associate plays an important role in creating an exceptional experience for guests at Patterson Lake SML Cabins. This position supports daily resort operations through guest assistance, groundskeeping, maintenance repairs, boat rental operations.
The ideal candidate is positive, self-motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoys both independent work and teamwork.
