Naak Shack to a microbakery??!!

Hi friends! First, I want to put a huge appreciation shout out to everyone who has stopped by and checked out my little gift shop and tried my baked goods. I am working very hard on obtaining my Cottage license so I can expand into a micro-bakery. I'm getting a lot of positive feedback on how wonderful my baking skills are and how delicious everything I have made so far is. My dream is to make this come alive legitimately and permanent. My kitchen is very small yet I am able to push a lot of product as long as I'm spending most of my time in it LOL. Anyway for now I will maintain the hours and continue to bake upon donation. There are a few requirements that I need to do in my kitchen in order to be official but they are not far fetched. Like a 3 bay sink, water testing, labels, stuff like that. Please continue to help me make this a reality and to serve you the best that I can! I already have a couple regulars LOL. I hope to make you all my regular customers as this has become my passion and dream. I will keep you updated as time goes on and I make progress in my goals. Hope to see you at The Naak Shack ( and in the near future my microbakery)!!! I am also working on a gluten-free sourdough bread for those who cannot eat gluten. Yes! You heard that!!!It is a process and until I perfect it I will keep you updated when it will be available . Don't forget fry bread Fridays! I have sourdough loaves available now!
