Whether end of life comes naturally, as the result of an accident, or the final chapter of a disease, planning ahead can make things easier and it's important to START NOW!

Join us on April 16 for a presentation that will give you guidance on where to start planning and how to have conversations with those close to you about what quality of life means to you. All participants will leave with an End-of-life Planning Checklist & essential documents.

Join us at 5pm for free soup and time to connect with your friends and neighbors. We'll kick off the presentation at 5:30pm.
