ISO of commercial studio space in Twisp

Good morning Methow Valley!

Two small businesses, Garage House Goods and Tangent Gear, are looking for a shared commercial studio space in or near Twisp.

We’ve already followed up on all publicly posted listings (bulletin boards, newspaper, TwispWorks), so we’re reaching out in case there are lesser-known spaces or upcoming vacancies that haven’t been listed yet.

What we’re looking for:

- 500+ sq ft

- Heated space with a bathroom and Wifi (or a location that allows for starlink)

- Relatively dust-free, or easy to clean and maintain as such (we use industrial sewing machines, including one nearly 100 years old)

- Easy public access for customer appointments (storefront a plus, but not required)

- Dog-friendly is a bonus

About us:

Our work is clean, quiet, and community-oriented. We operate primarily by appointment and are currently averaging 20 appointments per week, with projects scheduled into April.

Garage House Goods and Tangent Gear are two separately owned, sole-operator LLCs that intentionally share space to keep costs manageable, share specialized machines, and support one another’s work.
