No, I haven't. The census is taken every ten years isn't it? Is it due?

You can verify by calling the official regional office:

Phone: (818) 267-1700 or toll-free 1-800-992-3530

Address (for reference): 2300 West Empire Avenue, Suite 300, Burbank, CA 91504

• Provide the operator with the worker’s name and badge/ID number. They can instantly check if the person is employed and assigned to Okanogan County.

• If it’s after hours, use the national customer service line: 1-855-562-2020 (available 8 a.m.–8 p.m. ET, Monday–Friday).

According to a online search, as of November 24, 2025, the primary in-person activities in your area would likely be related to the American Community Survey (ACS) follow-ups or early preparations for the 2030 Decennial Census (like address verification), but door-to-door visits are limited and always preceded by mailed notices.

I had a guy named Leland a couple years ago he seemed to have an official looking ID. He stopped by monthly for three or four months.

Oh yeah, Leland the Lonely. Like a lot of us out in Lost River he hungered for human contact so he went walkabout until someone down valley told him the Mazama Pub had opened and he came back.
