We’re excited to launch our new Strength Series at Winthrop PT & Fitness — a 6-week progressive program designed to help you build strength, improve movement, and train with purpose.
Each week will focus on the main lifts, Olympic movements, core strength, and high-intensity conditioning — all built into a structured plan to help you see consistent progress and results.
Program Highlights:
• Focus on the 3 main power lifts
• Olympic lift variations
• Pulling and core strength
• Conditioning using weights
• Written, progressive programming for all Strength Series classes
