Position Summary:
We are seeking energetic and service-oriented Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. As a server at Sun Mountain Lodge, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages
Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve meals and beverages efficiently while maintaining a polished dining experience
Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience
Clear and reset tables promptly
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Previous server experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
Friendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must be at least 18 years old
Washington MAST and Food Handler Cards (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
